Made with cardboard as both material and subject, Under Pressure explores compression, confinement and pressure. Folded, crushed, stacked and repurposed surfaces transform an ordinary disposable material into something physically and emotionally charged. These works are created on corrugated cardboard with acrylic, charcoal and pastel.
